I started checking for the Knitty's Fall issue last week but it never turned up. Thought I was mistaken and a whole month too early. But I guess I wasn't. It's up.
My favourites are Muir, Percy, Foliage and Pecan Pie Beret. I actually think I have stash yarn for the three first ones... I don't think I'd wear the Pecan Pie Beret msyelf but I think it would be a fun knit.
If Muir works with my LL's Helen's Lace in Jeans, I think that might turn out to be a Christmas gift for my mother. I've wanted to make her a shawl of some sort for a long time now and I now she'd like those colours. I just haven't been able to find the right pattern for the yarn...
Percy would make a great bag for myself and I think my sister would love one too. Maybe another Christmas gift?
I'll try out Foliage with the Malabrigo I have left from making my Holey Cable. It's worsted weight Malabrigo in Bobby Blue. And if it works out, it'll become a hat for me.
Why is it that the list of patterns I want to try out keeps getting longer and longer?

Oooh, I love Muir too! I was thinking of using the Spirit Trails yarn that I bought at Fiber Fest to make it, but I have to check the yardage on it. It's peaches and greens, silk lace weight.
Not that I know what I'd do with it, but it's too stunning NOT to make!
The Muir shawl is just stunning! It is hard being patient for Knitty, isn't it? I was just telling Shane the other night that I don't know how in the world I'll ever knit all the yarn I have now.....yet my list keeps growing!
Stine: Your last sentence sums Muir up very nicely. :) I hope you can get the Spirit Trails to work with it.
EssJay: Your list of patterns or yarns you want? ;)
