Sylvi. Again.

So, I haven't given up on Sylvi. It was a close deal, but I decided to stick to her.

I'm dealing with the difficulties and faults one by one. I can't do anything about the length of Sylvi, more than maybe trying to block her again. And that's decision to make later...

I'm working on the petals for the flowers. I've finished the flower on the front panel, and I'm only one petal away from having done the bottom two flowers on the back. I can't do the flower on the shoulder until I've sewn things up, and the last flower will be on the hood.

So, only one more petal to go right now. That will be finished tonight.

Then I have to deal with the sleeve caps and the armhole shapings on my back and front panels. I think I will be adding rows to the back and fronts. I can't remember exactly, but I think I need two additional rows to each panel. This will shift the upper button down a bit, but no big deal...

The work doesn't seem to be as bad as it did this weekend. Dealing with the issues one by one makes a difference in perspective.

One thing at a time... you can do it!

Glad to hear things have improved slightly with Sylvi; it would be such a pity to frog it. I'm sure your 'solutions' will be fine!

(Having said all this, I've been ripping away merrily all afternoon....!)
