Crossstitch for a friend (1)

A couple of weeks ago I felt very blah about knitting. I felt that I needed new projects to work on. I ended up with a cross stitch... I'm not a person to frame cross stitch and hang it on my walls, neither am I a person to have cross stitch on my table cloths or place mats.

I do, however, have a friend who would. And she loves teddy bears. She has the biggest collection of teddy bears I've ever seen in person. So, I'm working on this:

CrossStitch2

I'm really enjoying it. It's different from knitting but it keeps my hands and brain occupied. It also keeps me in the living room at night, something my sewing machine doesn't.

You are so talented in so many ways - I don't know where you find the time for all your hobbies but I'm glad you share them all with us!

Thats lovely. My Mum does amazing cross stitch but I don't have the patience for the tiny stitches.
